An ebay auction is a very unusual place to express a political opinion Perhaps he is trying to sell more coins to the tea party crowd.

I like this guy even though he won't take Canadian dollars or ship to Canada. He has been around for a while now. I was almost thinking of e-mailing him for clarification on his shipping policy, but decided against it! :-)
