I think it is MS-64 has one long hairline on the right field of the obverse, a bit of chatter on left obverse field, and just very minimal chatter on Ike's bust. Reverse is clean. Looks great, one of the better clad Ikes I've seen and I've got over a hundred of them. If those marks arn't too bad, I'd say it's worth between 50 and 100 bucks. If those marks on the reverse are pitting from cleaning, you're sunk. See what someone else says because if it goes higher, you might want to send that one off to a TPG.
