I'll get pictures in a second, but is this type of error worth noting? Right now it's in my Dansco. I have so few that I noticed it when I flipped to the back of the page.

how far rotated is it? Most collectors of rotated dies prefer 90% or more rotation

percent is not the same as degrees. For example, a 180 degree rotation is equivalent to a 50 percent rotation.

a 45 degree rotation and less is common on nickels and does not carry a premium.

If the buffalo were to normally face 9 o'clock, it now faces 7:30ish

This would be a 45 degree rotation. It might actually add a dollar to its sale on ebay.
