What's with all the Twitterfeeds that suddenly hit Facebook this afternoon? I counted about a dozen of them. Did I click the wrong button somewhere? I'd rather not get twitted on Facebook with ordinary posts that I can easily access here, thank you.

They post to the Coin Community wall just for an SEO boost. How does that affect anyone else? I don't understand.

I don't understand why I suddenly have so many feeds - which I've never seen before - show up all of a sudden. I don't even remember clicking on the "Like" button for CCF, but apparently it showed up one day and I did and never saw anything afterwards. What's an "SEO boost"?

OIC. Well, I just blocked the "Twitterfeed" app directly on Facebook, so I may have solved my problem. All the posts disappeared, anyway. How it got activated, I have no idea, as according to the app info none of my Fb friends were using it. So ... neverrrrr mind!

Are you saying that CC posts were posting on your wall?

Actually, just the titles of posts. Via "Twitterfeed", whatever that is. (Description indicates that it's a non-Facebook-developed app.) And when I clicked on links included in the posts, I was taken directly here to the post.

I don't "tweet" nor have a Twitter account (I'm still a Luddite, lol) so I'm not at all sure what was going on. I can always turn the app back on (if I can find it) and give you a screenshot of what it looks like in Fb if you need it.

All sounds complicated. I don't belong to, nor use and don't know anyone that uses Facebook or that twitter thing, whatever that is.
Don't think I miss much. Sometimes one forum like this is enough for me.

flipcoin, you can't delete any status updates on Facebook except for your own. Did you actually block them - as I did?
