1999 Nickel Mint Error?

Ever seen an error like this before? This was in a mint set that was cut open. It looks like a piece of garbage got stuck between the coin and the die? Then it was sealed in plastic. I opened the plastic to see if it was a loose piece of debris but it is part of the coin now.

is it a wide rim coin ,you need better pictures and show the front of coin . nice coin good luck flipcoin

looks like the c and a in canada have something on them .

I have not figured out how to make my scans larger and clearer. The coin is ms-65 and if you see something on the c or a it is maybe just dust on the coin flip. Are there different rim sizes for this year? As for the front it is perfect, thats why I did not scan it. Posting scans on this forum can be tough. If I try and increase the resolution it says that the file is too large. I don't know how some of the others are getting such nice pictures.
