I can't seem to find an image of this error any where. Does someone mind pointing me in the right direction? I have a quarter here that seems to have a "ghost" D extending northward out of the branch.

It is FS-25-1964D-502

First of all, it would be a die variety and not an error. Second, how do you know the CPG attribution? There is a very good pic in the CPG- complete separation northeast, lower part of vertical bar and bottom curve thinly outlined.
