How would you rate the quality of the four coins and that would be the value?

In order I'd say VF-30, F-15, F-12 and G-6.

Using snowman's grades, the catalog values are:
1796B, VF, $35
1797B, F, $20
1792H, F, $60
1796A, VG, $18 (no G)
That is provided that they are full kronenthalers, not halves.

They've all been mounted, so that will reduce their value, probably down to bullion value.

It's also important to look at the edges.

I've seen a number of jewellery fakes, where the edge is clearly wrong - sometimes you can see two sides that have been glued or soldered together.

As to grades I'd say almost VF, F, almost F, Fair (Very Good).
Even though they have been mounted, if they are proper coins, a collector should be prepared to pay above bullion value; after all, for bullion value you expect to get a completely flat surface.
