Russian Medal To Identify (Id: 1960's - 70's Giftshop Medal From Hermitage Museum In St.petersburg)

If anyone can read russian, it would probably greatly help! also two makers marks on the piece which I have photographed. No date, but I would guess late Tzarist/ early Soviet maybe. The legend says "Hermitage-Leningrad". I'd put it in the 1960's - 70's era when those were popular.
