i found a 1988 d dime and its dark bronze chocolate color I first thought it was dirty but its too nice there is some minor green around the raised portions but other than that the coin is in remarkable shape, is this a un clad coin or error coin or just a dirty or chemically altered coin and what is it worth?

Well you could weigh it to the nearest .01 grams to know for sure, but based on the description, my first guess would be environmental or chemical damage.
