Hungary, mid 1400s, I can't make out enough legend to ID the ruler.

Thanks DCH. I got the country right! Do you know the denomination? Is that a Roman numeral four (IIII) on one side?

Should be a Denar or Obol depending on size.
Rotate bottom pic 90 clockwise, it's a shield.
