The legend "Bon pour 1 franc" means "Good for 1 franc", the coinage in France issued by the Chamber of Commerce between 1920 and 1927. Struck at Paris mint. KM# 876. In 1924 there were two varieties, open 4 and closed 4, closed being more scarce. Yours is open. Mintage 87.7 mln. .15 for F, .25 for VF, and $1 for XF.
