This MC Gill Coin Changer was in the pictures of a sale that takes place in my area tomorrow. I was wondering what the value of something like this would be and what do you think would be a good price to pick it up for if I do attend the sale. Any thoughts?

I'm thinking 10-15 bucks..I'm not an expert but have watched some of these on ebay just because they're cool.

I can't tell the patent # from the picture. After resizing the picture I could read: JL Galef New York Sole Distributor, MC GILL Made in USA Paragon Changer. I did a few searches and found a couple auctions that ended with a price of $9.00 and $16.01. It looks like Maineman750 was dead on. I guess it doesn't justify an hour drive to maybe pick it up before someone else does. It was an interesting coin related item that I haven't seen often. Thanks for the input!

They aren't antiques but changers like that are still available. (Todays have four tubes)

For education purposes, why isn't this considered an antique? I could have used old instead of antique but it does fit into one of the many definitions of antique.

Is there a way to change the title?

I was going to change it to Old instead of Antique so I don't mislead people.

I don't think that's what Condor was saying....he means that changers are still available, but they aren't antique. Your's surely is antique.
