After resizing the picture I could read: JL Galef New York Sole Distributor, MC GILL Made in USA Paragon Changer. I did a few searches and found a couple auctions that ended with a price of $9.00 and $16.01. It looks like Maineman750 was dead on. I guess it doesn't justify an hour drive to maybe pick it up before someone else does. It was an interesting coin related item that I haven't seen often. Thanks for the input!
