Nearly Blank (Or Very Faded) Dollar Bill

I have a dollar bill that's pretty odd. It's nearly faded on both sides of the bill. You can tell it's a $1 bill and all, but it's all faint. It's a 1999 bill and I also notice that the serial numbers are missing. It feels like a real bill to my hands. So, is this anything interesting or valuable or do I have a fake bill?

Judging from the grill marks on the paper, it looks like you have a fake bill.
