sorry for the gap in grade....hard to tell.....my first impression was ms60 but the zoomed picture was too blurry to be sure.

It can't be AU, look at the rims. I was gonna say somewhere around Fine. Lots of things are distracting about this coin. (Disclaimer: not a grading expert)
