This is a replica of a Greek coin.
The legend on the other side is in Dutch and says: Antique Greek and Roman coins . Collection BP . Nr. VIII, a decadrachme from Carthago, 3rd century B.C.

This is part of a collection of replicas you could get while tanking at BP-stations in the Netherlands, probably in the 1970's.
