Isn't it some major die clash on 1974 five stotinki (the very bottom coin)?

Actually, now that I'm looking at the rest of it, I suspect two coins were glued together - there's some gunk elsewhere, and a part of the legend left a backwards spelling residue on the coin!

even I sometimes come across error coins, I have a few of them.

I, on the other hand, have been collecting for over 30 years, and by now have over 5,000 pieces, but not a single error! At least not that I'm aware of.

I collecting from 3 years and I have 7,428 coin and 120 with errors.
My uncle collecting from 10 years and have 13,000 coin and 500 or 600 error coins.He have very cool coins with errors,very cool than mine.
