This coin is nice in hand even though it has it's problems. I am not sure what the spots are but I think it is carbon or whatever gets on copper. I asked around and it should not get worse but I am not sure. I have had it for maybe 2-3 years and it has not changed a bit. shipping is $4.95 for priority and delivery confirmation so I think that is still 2-3 day delivery. if you have any questions please feel free to PM me.
