This is pretty cool, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how it could happen unless the feeder finger is adjusted way out of position.

Daniel Carr got some 'pressed' feeder fingers when he restored the coin press he got from the Denver mint. Here's the link:

The feeder fingers are about a third of the way down. Nothing quite as impressive as that 5 peso, but I'd guess it's not super rare... They just don't usually make it out of the building...
