Do a search in ebay on completed auctions for 2009 nickels or dimes and you will see the average price they are bringing...I have a feeling the price is not that far off on your auction. |

if you feeling like doing a lil work , you can search bank boxes and build a few rolls I know they seem rare but when you looking at thousands of coins they are mixed in. just got a 2009 dime in change last night at Walmart |

i don't want to build my own rolls. I want unopened sets. and I didnt know you can search ebay for completed auctions, how do you do that? |

It an option on the left had side after you search something (Almost like a category)

That is the same seller I have bought from. That is actually not a bad price to pay. Coin World magazine has adds where they are selling 2009 P & D rolls for 139.00. My advice is to bite the bullet and go for it while they are affordable. Just try buying a roll of 1950 D nickels now. |

I'm tryin' to build my own rolls from circulation......it ain't easy, but it's A LOT CHEAPER ! The condition is already getting bad on many of the ones that I have found too....   |

Its very hard to find 2009's in circulation. Opened three rolls of nickels last week and found nothing. Nothing wrong with buying a roll and trying to find one and build it yourself. The more you can find these coins the better off for you. Good Luck.
