I guess I'm slower. I'm staring right at it, and dont see a difference. I've never been able to play the radio thingy. Wonder why that is. I have sound everywhere else, do I need to turn something on?

Click on the radio's speaker icon and turn the volume up. That should fix it.

it changed a week or so ago. I looked up one time and the whole toolbar was blue and it caught my eye and I think it changed a couple times since then to what you see now
