I'm not an expert at all, so if you would share your opinion with me, I'd appreciate it. I have the attached 1829 Capped Bust half dollar and I'm wondering if it is a 1829/7. It looks like there's something under the numbers, but I am not sure. Thank you for your opinion!

Looks like it to me... The rest of the date is harder to see in your photo, but you should see it below the 2 and above the 1. In fact, I am quite sure you have it based on the 1. Nice coin.

(FYI: The Overton Attributions for the 1829/7 are O-101, 101a, 102 and 102a. Mine is O-101a. I can't tell which yours is without full pictures).
