here is an odd mark I found today under Lincoln's chin. would this be a die chip or some other form of damage?

In my not so expert opinion... I believe you have the rare "skin tag" variety.

Hey tershaffer,
I hope I didn't offend you with my comment. I wasn't trying to. It was just the first thing I thought of when I saw it. I'm a rookie at errors and varieties, so I was clueless as to what it was.
Very nice detailed pics too. I'm still working on getting better quality photos to post. I'm looking into maybe purchasing the Carson zORB. What do you use?
