1999 Proof Georgia Quarter

I can locate doubling on all letters of this quarter. It is very hard to photograph in the case, and the coin is so reflective that it is making things difficult. You may see some doubling from the case, but I will point out what I see with my own eyes.

The As in Quarter Dollar have an obvious split top. You can see doubling along the top of liberty, I tried to photo that too. You can see doubling in IGWT, but the light split is in the letters themselves, not behind them if you know what I mean. In short, to the naked eye this quarter is covered in doubling.

I'm guessing there is a lot of Strike Doubling on proofs since they are struck twice?
