pateio, it could conceivably go to MS-63, but again, like the 84-O Morgan, it hard to tell on the luster. The rub marks on Liberty's face and obverse field will tend to keep it down. As you observed, the rim dings, small as they are will also keep the grade down. Prooflike coins need to have sharp strikes and high luster, something not normally found on New Orleans Morgans. I find the "blotching" to be interesting - it doesn't look like it's been cleaned since the pattern isn't only within the letters, numbers, nor around the stars, but it doesn't quite look like toning either although that's what it may be. I think if you were to send it to PCGS, it might come back MS-62. No matter what it's grade, it's a nice Morgan.
