Not 100%, but looks like a Louis VIII token. Recently, one opened with an 80. bid. (not ebay)

Reverse "Not for self, but for the globe" (literal translation, probably meant 'world')

I think it's a jeton.

I can find a reference to a Louis XV jeton dated 1751 bearing that inscription for the reverse, but nothing for Louis XIV. 1669 is the year that Louis renewed the alliance with the Turkish Empire, so I wonder if there's some sort of tie-in there.
