In 1996, Australia began producing the Lunar silver and gold coin series. Each year the design changes to match the Chinese Year of the Animal. Try searching for 2006 to find a German Shepherd.

There's a military challenge coin with a shepard. It's for a bomb-sniffing unit. There's one on Amazon for 12.50.

Welcome Victor!

I don't know if you're into colorized coins but here's one from China.

Macedonia issued a coin depicting a sheepdog in 1995 as part of the FAO 50yh anniversary issue. I do not know if it is a Scottish sheepdog but here is a picture of the coin.
