I see it and am surprised nobody answered...I think it's a well placed die chip, but am not an expert and hope somebody can prove me wrong.

Are you referring to the bubble/chip just under his nose? Or the protrusion from his cheek?

It's a huge thing on his cheek that extends almost to his nose...right below his eye.
