The first is most probably a 1/2 real coin from Spain or a spanish colony in Latin America, from the photos it is well worn and even bent, would not pay more than 3 dollars (melt is probably 1 dll) for it. Forgeries of this coin are rare, unless modern, so if it is not silver probably is more valuable...
