I think what you mean is
by using the 5th icon from the right when you are composing a post on the forum you can
put your name in the area it ask for the text to be shown
Then after you have typed that in and clicked OK then the next window ask for the address put your email in there
This is an example of what it would look like.
Name
I put name in the first window and in the second window I put
name@email.com
