The reverse looks similar to some coins from Gwailor, but I have not been able to find anything with such an obverse.
Any help is appreciated.
It is copper or bronze, weighs right around 5.8 grams and measures 23mm in diameter. The edge is a reeded coin edge with a clip.

yeah Meldude, the wreath of leaves is similar. It's on a lot of world coins.
