Does anyone have a clue how rare this would be? I honestly haven't the slightest of idea Thanks for the great comments, this is definately my favorite find ever!

It's definately up there on my list too. Finding an off-center Memorial is rare enough, but a 39 wheat in the wild is ULTRA rare. It' up there with finding a 92 CAM. Too bad it's not near as valuable....seems unfair. LOL

10% OC K11 Vg or F, hard to see wheat detail dated OC more valuable than undated and since it's that old. Anything can happen on ebay (a 1939 birthday, for example), it appears $50 would be fair. search "off center wheat"

That's a spectacular find for a roll!
I wouldn't get it graded even if I were going to sell it. All the grading fees and time involved would cut into any potential profit.
I'm not sure it even would grade, it looks like there is corrosion.

Thanks Scoob! There's just a little bit near the hairline on the obverse, everything else looks pretty good. The wheat shows much better than in the pics, they have full lines. I'm not experienced at cleaning at all, so I hope the corrosion spot(if that's what it is) doesn't spread . I'm really happy that it has the date. From my learning from the community, that seems to be goin for me. Not too bad for a Cent
