Seeing CCs post in your other thread made me think about this one a bit more. It would be a brockage because even though the design is heavily stretched, a significant amount of Monticello detail remains. If none of the incuse rev design was present, it would simply be struck through a die cap and worth $10 or so. The main drawback is that this thing has been in circulation and is a bit baggy. I would estimate $20-25 and probably double that if it was uncirculated.
