Litle off center or a broadstrike if is bigger comparing to another quarter ! From the pic looks off center , I don't know much about cannadian coins but I don't think is off enough to increase the value . Nice desing though

try to get a weight, it may be on a foreign blank. But it probably is just a slight broadstrike error
