Do you have a picture of the whole coin? It is usually better to see the whole coin, then zoom in on the area in question.

It would help to see the big picture.
I see something, but it's hard to tell what is damage from circulation, and what may be on the die.

His doubling is at the base of the '2' with three noticeable marks and one shared with mine. A good way to tell if it has doubled is look at the bottom of the left corner of the right leaf and see if it has doubled. This can be seen on my image, it is the first part of a penny to double with most types of doubling.

It looks like a step. I was taught if it looks like a step it is not a double . IMHO from what I was taught.
