VF-30 for me. (Normal wear on Liberty's head, chest, shield & foreleg and reverse wings).

I also suspect polishing though it might just be the photo-lighting...

It does not look cleaned or polished in hand but I am quite new to this and probably could not tell the difference yet.

It very well could be just washed out from the flash.

Thanks for the Grades. My untrained eye thought EF. Paid $35 for it. Maybe a little high but I LOVE the toning.
