Hello James. I know this question was asked in general, but the specific issue on the new holders seems to be limited to the larger coins; ie. dollars and halves. How is this being addressed? Are there any testing methods being used as a Quality Control measure to see if these incidents were flukes or an ongoing problem? Thanks, Mike

Mike,

Sorry, but I don't understand the question. Can you please re-ask it.

This is something that both Mike and I have had experience with:

The new holders seem to be more flimsy with the larger coins. We had a couple of Morgan dollars in the new holders that took about a minute to crack out and the holder could have been superglued back together without it being noticeable. This does not seem to be the case with the smaller coins.

I did notice in another post, though, that you said there have been improvements made to the strength and integrity of the ClearView holders. Did you specifically test these with larger coins like the Morgans?
Rest in Peace

Sorry James. Specifically there seems to be an issue of easy tampering with the new holders. Larger coins in the new holders can be removed without causing any damage to the holder.(see Susan's post) I hope this clears up the question. Thanks, Mike :-)
