spring423 Valued Member United States 240 Posts	Posted 03/08/2011 4:34 pm Hi Came across this 1963 star note a couple days ago. Just curious if this is a keeper or spender. Also have a question in regards to serial numbers. If you have the same first 2 digits that match the last 2 digits is that considered a bookend. I was told that it had to have 3 digits that matched.
