Hi
Came across this 1963 star note a couple days ago. Just curious if this is a keeper or spender. Also have a question in regards to serial numbers. If you have the same first 2 digits that match the last 2 digits is that considered a bookend. I was told that it had to have 3 digits that matched. Thanks for any info.

Try using a hosting site like photobucket. Makes things a lot easier.

Not a bookend since that refers to it starting and ending with the same number. It starts with 43 and would need to end in 43.
