1999 LMC Trail Die?

Is this a trail die? It looks like there are trails coming off the bottom of Liberty, especially RTY. There's also one coming off the top right of the "Y" that doesn't show up very well in the pix.

1999-LMC-Trail-Die?

If this is a trail die, is it a new one? The only one close to it is 1999P-1DEO-017T at http://www.traildies.com/id85.html, but the angle seems to be slightly off. Also, mine doesn't match any of the markers.

Its a Traildie, it could be a diffrent stage of the 017 but its hard to tell from your pics.
