Hi,

If I might make a friendly suggestion....I might suggest brightening the image with a photo program before posting.

You are asking to have letters looked at and they can't be seen. Also..a larger image can help too.

I see that you are new here so please take suggestions as a way to pick up some ideas as to how we can see the coins better and then answer your questions more fully.

The year and mintmark are also preliminary info that can save some time, too.

When possible, images of both sides are helpful. Sometimes, it's the other side with the confirming diagnostics.
