Welcome to the forum.

To answer your question: yes. It's a very crude copy of a Spanish coin that dates from about the time of Columbus. Replicas exactly like this have been seen quite often here on the forum. Here's one, with links to several older ones.

The original Reyes Catolicos coins were not copper, but silver. Here is a recent thread with an apparently genuine example. Here's one for sale for 75 euros.

It's supposed to say, on the shield side, FERNANDVS ET ELISABET, then continuing on the bow-and-arrows side, REX ET REGINA CAST. LEGIONIS (larger coins add ARAG at the end, like the one in the above link). But on poorly made fakes like this one, the lettering is all garbled, and reads something like CEDXLUWD ID ZLUABCEU on the shield side and DOX BSAI RECVIA CAEX IIUWOAS on the other; only a few of the letters are clearly readable in the places where they're supposed to be.
