1991-D What Should I Log This As?

I've seen this on several coins. It almost looks like there is a ripple after the 991 in the date and a little bit below and to the east of the D MM. I know it's not doubling, but would like to know how to catalog this in my library or examples. Thanks.

I believe that this is rippling of the copper plating overtop the zinc planchet caused by the strike
