You'll know better when you get them in hand. Very nice coins! I would swap them into new holders immediately. I wouldn't mess with the acetone unless there is some actual residue on the coins. At any rate if they hit 64 you got a great deal, 65 a steal!. Even at 63 a very fair price. Both coins have very similar toning. My guess is they are part of the same collection. Good find!
