A friend of mine has an authentic $100 bill, no serial, no seal, 1995 in excellent condition. I took her to a reputable coin shop and the numismatist seemed very interested in it. He did not know its value and after making a copy of it and said he would get back to her.

Should she get excited?

If the missing items weren't erased, it's a bill that missed the third printing.

I don't have possesion of it. It belongs to a little old lady that decided she wanted to find out what it's worth. She put it back in her safety deposit box and is waiting for the coin store in Las Vegas to get back to her. If I can I will ask her to make a copy of it and I will post it.
