The first coin...Gulf War...looks very similar in designer style to the official Korean War Memorial Dollar coin of 1991. But it is a Hutt River coin. It's a very long story, but to put it in a nut shell, a large property owner in Australia set up his own country within Australia and sells souvenirs from his country "Hutt River Providence". The "New Queensland mint" is a private company also. It's "Legal tender" only in His country and would of cost more than face value to buy.
The value in this coin would be as a curiosity or souvenir. It doesn't say what it's made of but looks to be Al/Br.
RedBook lists the value of the Silver Eagle 2000 at $14 for Uncirculated and for the proof $42.
The set of Apollo Medalions look like the sort they sell at the NASA Kennedy centre in Florida. They have a very large range of medalions celebrating just about every flight into space. On a visit there a few years ago I saw Mercury mission medalions, Gemini mission medalions, and a large number of Shuttle flights, too.
