I'm not much of a grader, but this coin looks overgraded to me.

The slab is all wrong, the bar code doesn't even show properly.
This is a fake.

no offense, but it seems a bit quick to judge.

the seller has %100 feedback thus far, and it 'seems' legit. possibly an older holder from PCGS..

i am no expert on bust halves, but I will let the experts chime in

The photo does not show well but what I can see is there is conciderable detail of the hair above libertys brow. This seems to be the first wear spot I have seen on this series. The back to me shows more possable wear but as I have found with many of these coins one side will tend to have a better strike than the other. I would have to have it in hand to determan "my" grade compared to PCGS.

The certification number checks out for this coin. The grader had the coin in hand and could see more detail than we can from the photos. The reverse strike is strong and shows a lot of detail and a little wear, while the obverse seems to have a weaker strike with less detail. It's difficult to say from the photos what is wear and what is lack of detail. With that being said the grade is probably right.
Rest in Peace

It looks fine to me too. My guess is there is a bit of strike weakness and more luster in hand than evident in the photos.

I agree that I was quick to give opinion about this one, but browsing through the Collector Universe forum and checking out pass slabs images made me think this slab don't match the reverse.
I will double check on the PCGS site for slab used within those year(s).

Slab looks ok to me but beautiful toning is a bit of a stretch.
