Rules To Be Able To Make A Contest?

My idea is to offer up a couple/few circulating conditioned coins as a small prize for the correct guess for something :) Do I need to ask staff or can I just run with this? You are encouraged to include some numismatic relevance. That is, you can give away a bumper sticker for winning a coin quiz, or give away a coin for a "guess what car I drive" contest. You can give anything away or you can give nothing away (like my Guess The Price contests). You can have a quiz or a "first person to post will win" giveaway. Most important, we like to have fun, right? So go ahead, post away! Don't worry. If it is bad, we will put a stop to it.
