1991 LMC Higher "1" In Date. Reverse Confusion(PMD?)

Just looking for some info here. The last 1 in the date is definitely higher than the other 3 numbers. On the reverse, there is a "glob" of sorts around the "T" in CENT which extends to the bottom right of the Memorial. Lastly, there is a divot, or pit, gauge, etc. immediately to the right of the Memorial, which I am assuming is PMD. thanks for any help as always!

I just looked at several '91's and they all looked like that, datewise.

i did that too and I could tell the difference. TBH, the picture here doesn't do it justice. ill try another. thanks
