A few months ago I participated (but lost) in an E-Bay auction for an ICCS graded 1951 Fifty Cent coin with the description 'Doubled HP'. I am very familiar with the two Doubled Die 1952 Doubled HP varieties. I have been searching for a 1951 Doubled HP but cannot find anything that resembles those for 1952.

If anybody has that 1951 ICCS one or a 1951 Doubled HP, can they post a picture so that I can see what it looks like and what I'm searching for. Many Thanks.

I guess nobody has one of these.... Perhaps that Obverse Die was only used for a few coins and was subsequently used on the 1952 'Doubled HP' coins.
