That is listed as 1964 Extra Spine. Not all that common. I have 4 - 5 in lower grades and a few in nice condition. Nice find and definitely a keeper in my book.

The extra spine can be found in different locations to varying degrees. Not sure if you have this link or not Bill but it is very usefull. You can get more info by clicking the date of the coin you want info on as well.

I have a few BU rolls that I may be mistaken as having an "extra spine".

The op's coin, I believe is called an "extra bud".

But, I may be wrong. Here's a pic of mine:
