I am not a collector of small size notes spring, but most folks here are, and might give you better thoughts.... nevertheless, I'll give you my opinion:
None of these notes is worth much over face value in such condition, none of them are particularly scarce, and I would say at $20, buy them if you like them, but $30 is rather high, and I would like to say that you could do better on ebay except that postage might offset the savings.
